How long can the videos be?
The videos that you upload to us can be up to 5 minutes long.
The final delivered video will usually be between 3-4 minutes long.
If you’d like to upload a longer video, you can add an additional 5 minutes for $75.
Where do I send the video after I shoot it?
You can upload your finished videos directly from your phone or computer by logging into your account and clicking “Upload a Video”
How long before I get my video back?
We will deliver your finished video within 3 business days.
Can you upload the video to social media for me?
Yes, we offer an add-on to the video plans that includes the uploading of your video to one social media platform for $100 per video.
If you’d like your videos uploaded to more than one platform, we can do so for $50 per month for each additional platform. Contact us to start.

How do I shoot my video with the Kit?

What kind of phone do I need?
Most smartphones will work, however we recommend having Either an Apple or Android phone 2017 or newer for the best quality videos.
How long before I get the Videomaker Kit?
We will make every effort to get the kit delivered as soon as possible. Due to high demand, the kit is currently shipping 2-3 weeks after ordering.
Where should I set up my Kit?
In our experience, one of the best places to shoot your videos is right in your office. Sitting at your desk or standing in your office gives viewers an intimate and personal watching experience.
Payments
When will the monthy fee start?
The monthly fee will begin 30 days after you sign up.
Can I upgrade my plan?
If you’d like to change your monthly plan, contact us to upgrade or downgrade your number of monthly videos.
What if I want more than 4 videos in a month?
For custom video solution, visit our contact page to submit a request for a personalized quote.
What if I don't use all of my videos in a month?
Plans are month-to-month and do not roll over.
What if I want a video that's longer than 5 minutes?
If you’d like to upload a longer video, you can add an additional 5 minutes for $75.
How long is the contract term?
There is no contract. Video plans can be cancelled any time. Contact us to cancel.
